Voicemail- can't access

#1

Few weeks back voicemail started asking for PW which I’ve never setup, I just hit the 1 key. Went into Republic pgm and set one up (figuring maybe it’s now required?) but still wont let me access my voicemail. Phone is moto g.

the Moto G 3 has visual voicemail in the call history no password is required for this

When you receive a new voicemail, you’ll get a notification at the top of your screen. Tap on the notification to view and listen to your voicemail.

Access voicemail messages from the phone menu

  1. Tap the Phone icon.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the Phone app.
  3. Tap Call History.
  4. Tap VOICEMAIL on the right hand side.
  5. Tap on a voicemail message.
  6. Tap Listen.

Hi @jamese.6mqe9p

You do not need one for visual voicemail (notifications). A workaround some members have been using is to add voicemail as a ‘contact’ and place it on a homescreen.
