Voicemail Password

I’ve never been prompted or required to enter a Password to get into my MOTO X 2nd Generation phone"s voicemail. (in 2 years). You can try this RW tutorial if you are affected by the change. - https://community.republicwireless.com/docs/DOC-1981-voicemail-lollipop-51#jive_content_id_Set_Your_Voicemail_Password

You can use 1234, your default password when calling from your phone.

Note: In order to call from a different cell phone or landline, your voicemail password must be something other than the default 1234. Be sure that you have changed the voicemail password.

If you’re using a DEFY XT and you need to reset your voicemail password, please open a Help ticket for additional assistance.

Yes, this bug in the voicemail system began on both our Republic Wireless phones several days ago. This despite our Republic Wireless app setting unchecked to require a password from our phone.
