Warranty on Galaxy j3


Hi! Despite my not dropping it or anything of the type my phone began powering on and off every minute or so. I opened a help ticket and did all of their reccomended trouble shooting. I think this would be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, but I have no idea how to invoke it. Please help!


Samsung support handles their own warranty.


I went to the Samsung website to try to contact customer service chat but it doesnt include Republic as one of the carrier options?


Use the Unlocked option if there is one. If you can use your Samsung+ app found in your Samsung Group
