My wife’s phone died and I want to upgrade my phone with a new one, give her my current phone and transfer our numbers so we keep all our phone numbers the same. What is the right process to make that happen?
When you receive your new phone and activate it, you will be given the option to replace your phone. Once you activate the new phone the old one will deactivate. Then you can activate your old phone to replace your Wife’s. It is very easy.
Order a Phone or SIM for a BYOD and when you have it in hand activate as a replacement/upgrade to you line, this will deactivate you current phone that can be reactivated as a replacement for your wife’s line
- Activate a 3.0 phone From Republic on Current account
- Activate a 3.0 Phone from third party (BYOD) on Current account
- Activate a Moto X 1st/2nd, Moto E 1st/2nd or Moto G 1st on current account
