When I call someone the calls appears to be coming from Wapaca not my name, how can I change this?
There are a few possibilities:
The party you are calling is on an exchange that hasn’t updated their caller ID.
The party you are calling doesn’t have your name and number in their contact list.
Your caller ID is, through some system error, blank. This would require a service ticket.
