I ordered my samsung galaxy j3 over a week ago and it still isn’t here. I ordered it with three day shipping. I would like a refund for the shipping. Is it lost? How do I track it?
Are you sure you were billed? Check your bank. There are two reasons this can happen. 1) the billing of the credit card fails or something about the transaction triggers our fraud automation and the order was cancelled. Support can answer that but either way the order would have to be redone.
