Will a Samsung Galaxy A50 work with Republic Wireless?

My Moto G5 just suffered an untimely death and I need to replace it. I am looking at a new Samsung Galaxy A50 (unlocked) that is being advertised on Amazon. I know the RW offers A50’s but this one is considerably less expensive.

Question: will this phone work with Republic Wireless? If so, what card do I need to get for it to function? Can I use the SIM card from my old Moto G5?

Thanks,
Tom

If If it is significnatly different in price, it likely isn’t the compatible version but instead a gray market version never meant for sale in the US. If you have a specific link, we’d be glad to check.

That is indeed the compatible version and is indeed $70 cheaper than it is at Republic. You’ll need a SIM which you can also get at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01J63NYAO
