As the manager of E-commerce Marketing & Customer Experience, it’s my job to ensure a consistent and positive experience for everyone who visits any of our online properties, or interacts with our service in any way. I’m also responsible for managing our website and various aspects of our marketing strategy in order to provide our members and potential members with an enjoyable shopping experience, tailored to their interests. A lot of my time is also spent managing our Help Center and related online content so that our members can get answers to their questions, or solutions to their issues.
I joined Republic in October 2016, just before we became our own company. I’m proud to work alongside such innovative and caring people and love that we’re truly like a family. Prior to joining Republic, I worked for ABB where I managed internal communications and processes related to information systems.
I was born and raised in NC and love the beauty that our state has to offer from the Outer Banks to the mountains. I have a wonderful wife, a son, and a pup named Penny. I’ve always been interested in technology and making people’s lives easier, but aside from that I’m a die-hard NC State fan and enjoy woodworking, gardening, and traveling.
