My role as a Member Success Analyst allows me to help our members with account-related issues, such as billing inquiries and other questions. I’m also responsible for contributing to and helping manage our online Help Center.
Prior to joining the Republic team officially in May 2020, I was a Community Ambassador while studying Information Technology at Bob Jones University. I really enjoy helping people and that’s what makes Republic such a great fit for me. Working for a company that truly cares for its members is a breath of fresh air!
Outside of work, I enjoy learning about new technology, investing, traveling, and gardening. In fact, I grow 9 different varieties of raspberries!
